ACES BACKGROUND
The New Mexico Charter School Education Services Association (d.b.a. ACES) is a partner-based public entity representing over 96% of the charter schools in New Mexico. ACES offers a variety of services including, but not limited to, procurement, site specific professional services by ACES employees, mentoring support for administrative staff, substitute teachers, facility maintenance, employment services, marketing services, educational technology services and business services to partner charter schools and participating entities. The scope of the Agreement falls under the marketing services ACES offers to public entities. It is ACES’ desire to create collaborative joint marketing agreements for products and services when it is in the best interest of the entities that it serves, to offer aggressively priced goods and services, and to also serve entities as a vested, third party in a collaborative business relationship.
A business can join ACES as a Business Partner for an annual fee of $500.00 In return for the annual fee, ACES will help the Business Partner to market their goods and services. ACES does not endorse or certify the goods and services of the Business Partners. The ACES Executive Committee reviews and adjusts the annual Business Partner membership fee as appropriate. Most businesses opt for this relationship with ACES.
Sponsorship Opportunities
ACES is happy to discuss other memberships and partnership arrangements with other agencies that promote its vision and agenda, particularly within the business and education sector. Therefore in addition to the Cooperative Purchase Agreement Partners and Preferred Vendor relationships, ACES also provides opportunities for Business Sponsorships of ACES services, meetings, and professional development activities.
