EMPLOYMENT IN NEW MEXICO CHARTER SCHOOLS
Any candidate interested in a teaching/staff position in a New Mexico Charter school is asked to create a file and submit applications and supporting documents online. This will create a file that can be viewed by all charter schools utilizing the ACES Charter School Employment Service.

ACES provides Employment Services Program to assist schools in recruiting the best talent possible for schools. Our staff works with schools to school leaders and other organizations to post positions on multiple platforms, with the intent of garnering an expanded, qualified applicant pool. Any job postings are sent directly to ACES to manage on the following sites:

-ACES Facebook Page
-Indeed
-ACES LinkedIn Page
-Ads will occasionally be placed in the Albuquerque Journal and on Craigslist, directing prospective candidates to all Unified Talent Applicant Tracking (Powerschool)
Participants in the Employment Services Program will have access to the Unified Talent Applicant Tracking portal, with unique login information to review applicants. Participants are also able to browse/contact all applicants listed in the TalentEd portal. Any resumes that are received via Indeed or Facebook will be screened and forwarded to you.
